I CAN’T LOG IN TO MY OLD ACCOUNT

New site, fresh start — your old login took the chequered flag.

When we upgraded our website, we retired the old accounts rather than risk your password security. You’ll need to register a new account on the current site.

Good news: once you do, we’ll automatically link your previous orders to your new account. Everything will be right where you left it — just with a shiny new login.

MY GIFT VOUCHER WON’T WORK

Some of our older gift vouchers took a wrong turn during the migration to our new site. If your code isn’t crossing the finish line at checkout, don’t retire from the race — contact us.

We’ve still got access to the old garage and can retrieve your voucher faster than a tyre change. We’ll have you back on track with a fresh code before you can say “green flag.”

I haven’t received my parcel yet.

Let’s track it down.

Step 1: Check your account Log in (or create a new account) and head to My Account via the fly-out menu (black icon, top right), then click the Orders tab. Your order and tracking link will be there — unless it was sent by letter, which doesn’t include tracking.

Step 2: Check for your tax invoice Every completed order triggers a tax invoice email. If you didn’t get one, your order may not have gone through — or there might be a typo in your email address. We always recommend creating an account and logging in before ordering to avoid this.

Double-check your payment method:

  • PayPal: Check your transaction list
  • Credit card / Bank transfer: Check your online banking

If payment didn’t complete, we recommend placing the order again. Still unsure? Contact us — hit the phone or email icon at the top of the page or in the fly-out menu.

Step 3: Check for a shipping notification We send an email (and a text if you’ve provided a mobile number — highly recommended) once your order ships. If tracking is available, it’ll be in both messages.

No tracking number? Your order likely went out as a letter — allow extra time and check our shipping info page for details.

Got a tracking number? Click the link in the email, or Google the courier name we’ve provided. That’ll show you exactly where your parcel is on the circuit.

Tracking not updating? We only see what you see. If the info’s not enough, call the courier directly — their number will be on the tracking page. They usually need to speak with the receiver to take any action on a shipment.

How do i know if an item is in stock?

If you can add it to the cart, it’s in stock. Out-of-stock items will say “Out Of Stock” and won’t let you proceed. No guessing, no waiting — just green lights or red flags.

How long will it take to get my order?
