Cut-off times for same-day dispatch are displayed in your cart and at checkout. As the cut-off times get closer, you’ll also see them displayed on the product pages. These apply to paid online orders only — phone orders generally ship next business day (we’re fast, but we’re not telepathic).
Bank transfer orders are not considered paid orders until payment is received – use OSKO to ensure we receive your payment in time for the dispatch cut-off.

Express shipping cut-offs often run later than standard options. If you’ve just missed the standard window but Express is still on the grid, we’ll let you know in the cart and checkout.

Our delivery drivers don’t have passports — we only ship within Australia. No international laps, sorry.
That said, some of our overseas fans have found a clever pit strategy: ship to a mate in Australia, and let them forward it across the finish line to you. Just know we only provide Australian tax invoices — no customs paperwork, no international documentation. You’re on your own once it leaves our shores.

Fine print from the stewards: This is an Australia Post service — they don’t give us a signed contract in blood, but they rarely miss the mark. Next-day delivery is the goal, and they usually nail it.
Here’s how it works: If your postcode falls within the next-day delivery network below, select EXPRESS SHIPPING at checkout. Get your order in before the cut-off time, and your gear will be at your door tomorrow — faster than your rivals can say “back-order.”

FREE SHIPPING – LETTER SHIPPING – UNTRACKED
The slow lane. Free, but not fast.
If your items are small enough to squeeze into a letter, we’ll ship them that way at no charge — because saving you money is part of the race strategy.
Here’s the catch: Letter post has no tracking and moves at its own leisurely pace. We’re talking Sunday-drive speed, even here in Brisbane. Australia Post handles the delivery, but don’t expect them to break any lap records.
Before you commit: You’ll see a notification at checkout if Letter shipping is selected (it’s the default for letter-sized orders). You’ll need to agree to proceed — or you can switch to a faster, trackable option right there if you’d rather not roll the dice.
A word from the pits: Some customers have waited multiple weeks for letters to arrive. If you’ve got a deadline or a build waiting on parts, that’s a DNF you don’t need. We’ve never actually lost a letter when the address was correct — but with no tracking, there’s no way to chase it down if it goes on a scenic detour.
Our recommendation? Upgrade to a trackable service like Express. It’s the difference between cruising and racing.
FREE SHIPPING – STANDARD SHIPPING – TRACKED
The steady cruise: 1–5 working days (longer to regional areas)
Free and Standard shipping gets your gear there without costing you extra fuel money. We’ll choose the best carrier for the job — no pit lane politics, just whatever gets it to you smoothly.
Estimated delivery times:
- Brisbane Metro: Usually next day — but this isn’t a guarantee, just a strong habit.
- Other capital cities: Up to 4 days
- Regional areas / NT / WA: Add 1–5 days. The Outback doesn’t have pit crews on every corner.
Heads up: If your order includes bulky items, Free Shipping may not appear at checkout. Courier rates for the big stuff vary by destination — check the Bulky Items section below for the full rundown.
BULKY ITEMS SHIPPING – TRACKED
The heavy haulers: 1–5 working days (longer to regional areas)
Bulky items are flagged with a BULKY ITEM badge next to the thumbnail in your cart and checkout — so you’ll know exactly which parts are bringing the muscle.
Where we can’t deliver bulky items:
- PO Boxes
- Parcel Lockers
- Care of Post Offices
These need a residential or business street address. If you try to send a bulky item somewhere we can’t reach, checkout will throw up a red flag faster than a race marshal.
Free shipping availability for bulky items: Some areas (TAS, SA, NT, WA, and regional zones) don’t qualify for free delivery on the big stuff. If Free Shipping doesn’t appear at checkout, it means we can’t offer it to your location — but most areas will still show a paid shipping option so you can keep rolling.
BULKY-ITEMS SHIPPING TO REMOTE AREAS
Way out in the back paddock?
Some locations are so remote that our carriers simply can’t reach them with bulky items. If that’s you, checkout will let you know with an error. Your options:
- Choose a different delivery address, or
- Contact us to discuss alternatives — we’ll help you find a workaround.
Pro tip: If your cart has a mix of bulky and non-bulky items, you can remove the bulky ones to unlock Free Shipping on the rest. Split the order, save the cash.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS & TRACKING
We’ll keep you posted — literally.
Once your order’s packed and ready, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. If you added a mobile number (highly recommended), you’ll also get a text. At this stage, your order is boxed up and waiting for the carrier to collect it — tracking may not update until it’s actually on the move.
Not seeing our emails? Check your junk/spam folder. To make sure we don’t end up in the pit lane of your inbox:
- Find our email, right-click, and select Not Junk, or
- Add our domain to your Safe Senders list
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into My Account (top right menu) and clicking the Orders tab. Tracking links will appear for any order that’s ready to ship or already on its way.
COLLECTION
Pit Stop Pickup: Currently Unavailable
Due to our new warehouse setup, customer collections aren’t possible at this time — sorry, no garage visits for now.
We’re also unable to offer collection by your own courier at this stage. We know it’s not ideal, but our shipping options are still fast enough to keep you on track.
IS IT IN STOCK?
If you can add it to the cart, it’s on the grid.
No guessing games here. Items that are in stock can be added to your cart and purchased. If something’s out of stock, it’ll say “OUT OF STOCK” and the button won’t budge. Simple as that — if you can buy it, we’ve got it.
“But is it actually in the warehouse?”
Yes. When we say in stock, we mean it’s sitting in our Brisbane warehouse right now, ready to ship — not on a slow boat from overseas, not “on order” from a supplier. We don’t play the waiting game with your money. You buy it, we send it. Same day if you beat the cut-off.
What about pre-sale items?
We almost never pre-sell, but occasionally we’ll offer something before it lands. When we do, it’ll be clearly marked PRE-SALE and often hidden from public view — in that case you’ll need a special link or password to even see it. So if you’re browsing our store normally, everything you see is ready to roll.
