BACK TO THE FUTURE – Karting Style
When Robert Sheehan decided it was time for him to jump back into the driver’s seat of a go kart, he completely forgot that over 50 years had passed! Digging out a pair of what he remembers driving ‘back in the day’ he’s presented a couple of incredibly preserved pieces of history – a Mustang 66 and Mustang 69!
Robert takes us back in time, literally, with these two karts – and those of you who remember 3-piece magnesium wheels will understand what a monumental feat restoring a couple of karts to ‘race-able’ condition with period components is! Just look at those wheels and seats!
