We turn 21 this year (2026)! And to celebrate, we’re thrilled to finally roll out our brand new website. This thing’s been in development for about 10 years (yep — longer than some racing careers). We’ve crashed, burned, changed teams, and restarted more times than we’d like to admit. But now it’s finally crossed the finish line, and we reckon it was worth the wait.

Here’s what’s new under the bonnet:
Easier navigation — find what you need without taking the scenic route.
Shipping clarity — no more guessing when your order will ship. We’ve laid it all out so you’re never left in the dark.
Free Shipping badges — no more guessing if you’ll score free delivery. Enter your postcode and suburb in the cart or checkout (or just log in with your address saved), and you’ll see Free Shipping badges appear on qualifying products right there on the product list page. Green light means go — no surprises at the finish line.
Live status icons — phone support, email support, standard shipping, express shipping — they light up when active so you know exactly what’s available right now.
Smarter cart & checkout – We’ll tell you exactly when your order will ship. If you’re cutting it close to the cut-off, we’ll show you how much time you’ve got left. And if you’ve missed the flag? We’ll tell you that too.
Clearer shipping options — plus an unmissable notification if you’ve selected Letter Shipping. No more “wait and wonder.” (We’ll still text you a shipping update if you’ve got a mobile number on your order — that hasn’t changed.)
Simpler product selection — we’ve ditched the clunky old configurator. Now it’s smooth drop-down selectors for all configurable items (like clutches with sprocket sizes). Easy.
Product dimensions — we’ve added a Dimensions tab to each product, so you can check measurements before you buy. No more eyeballing it and hoping for the best — compare our parts to your space with actual numbers.
Product help — a new Help tab on each product page links you straight to all the related guides and info. Click the tab, browse the list, get the answers. Pit crew knowledge, right where you need it.
iPhone-friendly at last — our site no longer throws a tantrum when you try to add items from an iPhone or iPad. Peace has been restored.
Reliable payments — no more mystery errors. You’ll always know if your payment crossed the line.
Upgraded My Account section — track orders, upgrade to Express, and heaps more. It’s like your own personal pit wall.
Driver Profiles are live! — claim an existing profile or create your own. Head to the Driver Profile tab in your My Account to get set up.

Look, we’ve done our best to shake out all the bugs before launch, but with a machine this complex, something’s bound to slip through scrutineering. If you spot anything weird, let us know — we’re standing by with the spanners, ready to fix whatever breaks.
Pit Lane Update: Shipping Changes Ahead
We’ve been tweaking the setup to get your parts to you faster — and we’ve scored some solid gains.
Express Shipping: Now with more track time We’ve negotiated a later cut-off with our Aus Post Express courier, which means you’ve got more time to order and still make same-day dispatch. That’s basically a free qualifying lap.
New Carriers Joining the Grid We’re switching up some of our freight partners to tackle a few gremlins — bulky items not leaving on time, parcels taking the scenic route, and delivery instructions being ignored like a “No Pit Stop” sign. The new team should sort that out.
The Trade-Off (There’s Always One) While we dial in the new setup, standard and bulky shipping cut-offs are shifting a bit earlier. We’ve fought to keep them as late as possible — think of it as losing a tenth in Sector 1 but gaining half a second everywhere else.
