Nassau Support Brackets 3 Pieces *FIT KIT = Nassau Fitting Kit (not included if purchased individually) – you will require 4x M6x25 Bolts, nylocs and washers to fit this item.
a. Fit the single short bracket to the front of the chassis at the central upright bracket close to the front rail. The curved bent section attaches to the chassis upright bracket and curves toward the rear of the kart.
b. Fit the M6 x 25mm Countersunk high tensile hex socket head and countersunk washer and secure with the M6 washer and nyloc.
c. Fit the two longer brackets to the steering uprights where the bush is mounted.
d. Remove the steering column retainer bolt at the uprights and then re-install with the Nassau brackets bent outwards from the centre of the kart.
e. Re-fit the steering column retainer bolt
