This kit replaces Air Intake system, upgrades the fuel system to an external tank and high flow fuel pump, upgrades exhaust system and includes all springs and connectors necessary for a complete change-over and external removal of governor. Rev Safely and strong to 7000+rpm with our 24lb valve springs rev kit, pair of chromoly pushrods, aluminium flywheel, 98 Fuel Jet, Stage 1 Mild-Race high torque camshaft, .650 Bored Genuine honda carburettor, Race engineered double re-inforced 1:1.3 ratio valve rockers, mild race ported replacement head, ARC Billet connecting rod, flat-top performance piston and ring set, – everything you need to get your standard clone engine competitive at the track. This is the exact same kit we use to build our STAGE 2 Engine which is winning races at IPSWICH in QLD. Also includes polished aluminium professionally welded deflector and mount plates. Your engine will look fantastic after this upgrade!
Also comes complete with head gasket and crank case gaskets for certainty when rebuilding.
This kit is to suit the 4-Bolt valve cover version of the GX200 clone, if you have a 5-bolt style valve cover you will need the 5 bolt version instead.

*NOTE When connecting throttle cable to pedal, check throw and adjust so that the maximum throttle cable travel does not try to over-rotate the butterfly on the carburettor or you will risk damaging the plastic clip on top of the carburettor throttle shaft.
