Are you searching for all the gaskets required to rebuild the ENCL65 or ENCLST1 CPR 196cc or a Honda Clone GX200 engine?
It’s a question we get asked all the time – which gaskets do I need to rebuild my engine? So that you don’t buy too many, or too few gaskets and seals we’ve compiled this simple to follow list to ensure you get all the parts you need before you start pulling your engine down.
CRANK CASE
For the bottom end, you will need the gasket for the side cover. If it is one of our CPR (Lifan) engines and has 4 bolts on the rocker cover you need this one:
And if it has 5 bolts on the rocker cover:
Sidecover gaskets are all pretty much the same, just slight differences from model to model. If your engine is not one of our engines then the 4-bolt tappet cover one is the best option.
CRANKSHAFT
Typically you’ll need two of the crank seals (one for either end):
HEAD
When replacing the head gasket, you generally have two main options – stock fibre-style gasket with steel ring (best for very high compression engines which blow head gaskets easily):
Or Increased compression viton coated steel 0.10mm thin gasket (this is a great way to increase compression slightly on a completely stock engine, providing a small but valuable power improvement). These can also be used on modified engines assuming the engine has been not been specifically built to run a stock gasket.Head Gasket CPR Performance Increased Compression Suit Honda Clone GX200 ENCL65

TAPPET / ROCKER COVER
If your tappet cover gasket is shot then the 4-bolt cover is this gasket:
And the 5 bolt:
INLET (CARB)
And if you want to do the gaskets in the inlet, then you’ll need these:

Removing the muffler will expose what is often a brittle and broken gasket. It’s cheap to replace and you can find them here:
